Customers, properties, and bodies of water

PoolHelm organizes your book of business in three levels: a customer (the person you bill), their property (the address you drive to), and one or more bodies of water (the actual pools and spas you service). A customer can have more than one property, and a property can have more than one body of water.

They’re kept separate on purpose, because every pool and spa has its own water chemistry. A backyard pool and an attached spa at the same house get tested, dosed, and reported independently — so the readings and chemical amounts are always right for that specific body of water, not lumped together.

You’ll see this structure whenever you open a customer: their contact details at the top, each property beneath, and each property’s pools and spas under it.
