Your day: signing in and My Route

Sign in on your phone and you land on My Route — your stops for today, in order. The stop you’re on (or up next) sits at the top so you always know where you’re headed.

There’s nothing to download. PoolHelm runs in your phone’s web browser. Open the link your office sent you, sign in, and add it to your home screen so it’s one tap away. There’s no app store version yet.

What you’ll see on each stop:

  • The customer and address — tap the address to open Maps for directions.
  • The gate code, any dog warning, and access notes, so you’re ready before you arrive.
  • A weather note and an estimated arrival time.
  • The drive time to the next stop, so the order of your day makes sense as you work it.
  • If a pool has more than one body of water, your progress across them.

The weather strip at the top shows what’s coming for your day, grouped by storm rather than one alarm per stop. If a storm makes a stop unsafe, you’ll see it there — see “When weather shuts down a stop.”

Your route updates on its own during the day — if the office reassigns or adds a stop, it shows up without you refreshing, and anything added mid-day is marked as new. If there’s an urgent message from the office, you’ll see it up top and be asked to confirm you’ve read it.

If a stop’s address looks unverified, it’s flagged in red — let the office know rather than guessing.
