Send a referral invite from the app

At the end of a visit, on the Finish screen, you’ll see a card to send the customer a referral invite — one tap. That’s the moment the pool looks its best and the customer is happiest, which is exactly why it’s there.

Tapping it sends the customer their personal referral link by email. If there’s no email on file, you’ll still get the link back so you can hand it off through your phone’s own share sheet — that’s your phone doing the sending, not PoolHelm. That’s all there is to it: no codes to copy, nothing to track by hand.

If your company has the referral program switched off, you’ll get a short message saying so after you tap. Nothing was sent, and nothing’s broken — the office turned it off. Mention it to them if you think it should be on.
