Print or download an invoice

Both are one click from the Invoices list.

• Download PDF hands you the invoice as a PDF file, ready to attach to an email or drop in a folder.
• Print opens a clean, printable version with your business details, the line items, and the amount due. Send it to a printer, or use your browser’s “Save as PDF”.

Drafts offer Print only. An invoice you haven’t sent isn’t a document anyone should be filing yet.

Use it for customers who pay by mail, for handing a copy to a property manager, or for anything your accountant needs at the end of the year.
