Manage billing: card, invoices, and canceling
Everything about your PoolHelm subscription lives under Billing. From there you can:
- See your plan, your renewal date, and where your trial stands
- Update the card you pay with
- Cancel
Billing hands you off to a secure page hosted by Stripe for anything that touches the card or the plan itself. Whatever Stripe shows you there — receipts, past charges, plan options — is available to you on that page.
How to update your card
- Go to Billing.
- Choose to manage your subscription. You’ll land on a secure page hosted by Stripe.
- Update the card there and return to PoolHelm.
Your card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored by PoolHelm.
How to cancel
- Go to Billing.
- Choose to manage your subscription, then cancel.
What canceling does. If you’re still inside the 30-day trial, you’re not charged anything. If you’ve already been billed, you keep full access through the end of the period you paid for and you’re not billed again. Nothing is deleted the moment you cancel.
Changing between monthly and annual is handled on that same Stripe-hosted page. If you don’t see the option you’re after, email support@poolhelm.com and we’ll switch it for you — your locked price carries over either way.
Only the owner can act on billing. Managers can see the Billing page, but the buttons that move money — manage, restart, cancel — are the owner’s. That’s not a slight on your managers; it’s so nobody can cancel your software or change your plan by accident.
