Edit or remove a customer, property, or pool
Edit anything from the customer’s page — contact details, the address, pool specs. Changes take effect right away.
Deactivate, don’t delete
“We’re not servicing them right now” is a job for deactivating.
- Deactivate takes the customer off your routes and keeps every service record, invoice, and photo intact. Switch them back on when they come back.
- Delete removes the history you’d want if a dispute ever came up.
Use deactivate unless you’re certain.
You can't undo this. Deleting a property also removes the pools at that property and the route stops attached to them. PoolHelm tells you what it's about to remove before you confirm — read it.
If it won’t delete
That’s usually because something still points at it — an invoice, or a service record. Deactivate instead, or email support@poolhelm.com if you genuinely need it gone.
