How PoolHelm builds your routes
One click — Build Best Routes — assigns every active customer to a tech, a day, and a place in the route order, for your whole week.
What it balances
PoolHelm spreads your flexible customers evenly across techs and days, and keeps drive time sensible. Each tech’s day stays inside a realistic workday — about eight and a half hours including drive time.
Days you service are a hard rule
PoolHelm only builds on the days you switched on under Days you service. Leave a day off and it never gets used by accident.
One exception. A customer locked to a day you don’t otherwise service keeps that day — for that stop only, not for everybody else.
Customer locks are never overridden
Lock a customer to a tech or a day and PoolHelm will not move them. If locks leave your week lopsided, it says so and offers Loosen pins: one click, a confirmation, a rebuild around what’s left. Loosening affects placement only — never service frequency, never anything else on the account.
