How the referral program works

One of your customers refers a neighbor. Both sides get a $25 credit when the new neighbor’s first invoice is paid.

How it runs

  1. Your customer gets their own referral link. It comes from your tech at the end of a visit, or rides along on the service-report and invoice emails they already receive.
  2. They forward it, text it, or hand it to a neighbor.
  3. The neighbor opens the link and fills in a short form. No account, no password.
  4. That neighbor lands on your customer list right away, so you can schedule them like anyone else.
  5. You service them, they pay their first invoice, and both credits unlock.

Nothing unlocks at signup, and nothing unlocks at the first visit. A referral who never pays you costs you nothing.

Route fit

The Referrals page ranks referred neighbors by how close each one sits to a stop you already run — nearest first. Each entry gives you the distance, the address it’s near, and which tech runs that stop on which day.

“Joe Smith — 0.4 mi from 1518 Bill Owens Pkwy · Tuesday, Jane”

That is a customer you can absorb without adding a minute of drive time.

The amount is yours

The $25 is a default, not a rule. You set it, and you can set it to zero.
