Open Today in the morning and it tells you what needs you, instead of making you go and find it.

What’s on the page

• Your morning briefing — the three to five things that need a decision, written around 6:00 AM Central.
• Live route status per tech. Stops stack on a shared clock with a progress fill, so you see who’s ahead and who’s behind. The timeline stops at a realistic workday: anything past 6 PM groups into a “+N past 6 PM” cluster instead of stretching the chart to midnight.
• The weather day-strip. Storms are grouped into single decision cards, not one alarm per stop.
• The “Needs attention” tray. Where a stop lands when it’s been missed twice and PoolHelm has stopped moving it on its own.
• Overload banners. Amber, when a tech’s day has grown past what they can finish. One tap rebalances it.
• Priority messages you sent your techs, and whether they acknowledged them.
• Snapshot tiles for the day’s headline numbers.
