Change a customer's service day mid-week
Move a customer to a different day and PoolHelm works out whether the change starts this week or next. It won’t send a tech back to a pool that was done two days ago.
A service week runs Monday through Sunday.
The three cases
- Already serviced this week. The new day takes effect next week.
- Not serviced yet, and the new day has already passed. They still get serviced this week. PoolHelm runs a catch-up sweep for exactly this case rather than skipping them.
- A carried-over stop is already waiting. That open carryover counts as this week’s visit, so the change won’t double-book them.
When the check runs
Overnight, as each day’s routes are built. That’s what protects the automatic side of scheduling — a route build won’t add a customer who has already been done, and won’t stack a visit on top of a carryover.
It doesn’t stop you
Drag a customer onto another day in the Planner and PoolHelm lets you. The check governs what the app schedules on its own, not what you schedule deliberately.
