Get back into a visit you started

Open the stop again and tap Resume Service. You drop back in exactly where you left off, with everything you’d recorded still there.

• A stop you haven’t touched says Start Service. A stop you’ve started says Resume Service.
• Resuming never wipes your work.
• Two devices are fine. Start on your phone and pick it up on a tablet — that’s the same visit, not two copies of it.

If you tap Resume Service and the visit looks empty, or the app says the stop isn’t available, don’t start over and re-record everything. Tell your office — they can see the record on their end.
