What happens with no signal?
You keep working. Almost the whole visit runs offline, saves to your phone, and syncs the moment you’re back online.
Works offline
Water readings, chemical doses, cleaning and equipment tasks, notes and flags, photos, and finishing the visit.
Needs a signal
Starting a visit — tapping Start Service. Start the stop while you still have a bar or two, then work through it offline.
Syncing
You don’t have to do anything. Your saved work uploads on its own when your phone reconnects, and a status indicator tells you when everything’s synced.
If something doesn’t sync, PoolHelm names the pool and the visit rather than saying “some changes couldn’t be saved.” If a partial sync leaves anything stuck, it tells you which part instead of reporting a clean success. Your office is told too.
Check first. If you see that message, don't re-record the visit from scratch. Tell your office — they can see the record on their end, and a duplicate makes it harder to sort out.
