View a finished visit

Open a completed visit any time to see the readings, doses, tasks, and photos you recorded. It opens read-only — the app won’t let you edit a finished visit.

What the customer saw in their service report matches what’s on file. If something genuinely needs correcting, tell your office. They can sort it out on their end.

One exception you might notice. If you finished a visit while offline and your phone syncs afterwards, work you recorded before finishing can still land on the record a few minutes later. That’s the offline sync catching up, not something going wrong.
