Service report emails

When a tech completes a visit, PoolHelm emails that customer a service report. It sends on its own — nobody has to remember. It is also the record you reach for if a customer disputes a charge.

What’s in it

  • The date and time of the visit, and which tech was there.
  • Water chemistry readings against the target ranges for that pool — the same ranges your tech saw in the field.
  • Chemicals added, with amounts and the reason. Not prices.
  • Cleaning and equipment tasks completed.
  • Photos from the visit.
  • Anything the tech flagged for the customer to know about.
  • A one-tap referral link, so a happy customer can pass you on without you asking.

Replies come to you

The report is sent from your business’s address. When a customer hits reply, their message lands in your inbox — not in a support queue. An unhappy customer gets to tell you the same day, while it’s still fixable.

A pool and a spa are two records

If a customer has more than one body of water, your tech services each one and PoolHelm keeps a separate service record for each. The spa’s readings and chemicals never get mixed in with the pool’s.
