What do the address ratings mean?

Every property carries a confidence rating for its location.

  • High — landed on the actual building. Ready to route.
  • Medium — the address is real, but the exact parcel isn’t pinned. Common in rural areas and new construction. PoolHelm routes these; the pin may sit at the middle of the street.
  • Low — usually an address that arrived from another system with its own coordinates, which PoolHelm hasn’t confirmed. Treated cautiously on purpose.
  • Failed or pending — PoolHelm couldn’t place it, or hasn’t tried yet. These keep a customer inactive.

If several imported customers stack on one map point, that’s a medium rating doing what it says: the pin is the street, not the house. Re-enter the address to sharpen it.

Each route build re-checks a batch of addresses PoolHelm couldn’t place before, so that backlog clears itself.
