Choose the days you service
Seven day buttons, Mon through Sun. Switch on the days you run routes.
What it does
PoolHelm only builds routes on the days you pick. A day you left off doesn’t exist for the planner — no tech works it, so no customer lands on it.
The same goes for anything PoolHelm does on its own. A stop that carries over goes to your next service day, not blindly to tomorrow.
What it doesn’t do
It doesn’t stop you. The helper text says it plainly: “PoolHelm plans routes on these days. You can still move a stop onto any day yourself.”
Drag a customer onto a Sunday and PoolHelm won’t argue. The setting governs what the app schedules on its own.
What to know
- You need at least one day. A week with no working days has nowhere to put a stop.
- New accounts start on Monday–Friday.
- Change it later at Settings → Organization. It takes effect on the next route build.
- A customer locked to a day you don’t service keeps that day. A promise you made outranks a general rule about your week.
