Getting too many emails?

You can stop the weather emails yourself. For anything else, ask your pool company.

Turn off weather emails

If a storm is going to make your visit unsafe, your pool company may email you that service is moving, and again when it’s back on. Those emails have an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Follow it and they stop.

What keeps coming

Unsubscribing from weather emails doesn’t stop anything else. You’ll still get:

• Your service report after every visit.
• Your invoice, and the link to pay it.
• Your receipt when a payment goes through.

That’s on purpose. Nobody should lose track of a bill because they got tired of storm emails.

If you don’t want the service report

Ask your pool company — that one is their setting, not yours. Worth a thought first: the report is your proof the visit happened and your record of what went into the water.
