How your referral credit works
Refer a neighbor to your pool company and you both get a credit — usually $25 each. Your pool company sets the amount.
How it happens
- Your technician gives you a link at the end of a visit.
- You pass it to a neighbor.
- They fill in a short form. No account, no password.
- They have their first service and pay their first bill.
Worth knowing. Your credit unlocks when your neighbor's first invoice is paid — not when they sign up. That's why there's a wait.
What the credit does
It comes off a future bill on its own. Nothing to redeem, no code to remember.
- It isn’t cash. It’s a credit against your bill, and it isn’t paid out.
- It won’t take a bill below zero. A credit bigger than what you owe just takes that bill to zero.
- Credits add up. Refer a few neighbors and you may not see a bill for a while.
