Pay your invoice online

Your invoice email has a link to pay. Tap it, enter your card on the secure page, and you’re done. No account, no password.

No link? Your pool company doesn’t take cards — pay them the way you always have.

Is it safe?

Payments go through Stripe, one of the largest payment companies in the world. Your card details go to Stripe, not to your pool company. The money goes straight to your pool company.

Paying automatically

If your pool company offers it, your invoice or service report email has a link to save a card once and let future invoices pay themselves. Ask them to send you the link, or to stop it later.

If something looks off

  • It still says unpaid. Automatic payments go through a little after the invoice is sent. Your email says when.
  • You lost the email. Ask your pool company to resend it.
  • Extra lines on the bill. Some companies charge for chemicals and extra work separately. Others include everything in one rate. Both are normal.
  • You think it’s wrong. Reply to the email.

However you pay — card, check, cash or bank transfer — you get an emailed receipt.
